We’ve been working in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) since 2010, spending the past 14 years finding a better way in the dynamic financial centre of the Middle East.

During that time, KSA has seen phenomenal growth, with investment in transformational giga-projects and programmes. We are proud to have been part of that journey, helping to realise the ambitious Vision 2030 plans that are transforming the nation into a global business and cultural hub.

Our experience in KSA has shaped our focus for the entire MEA region and beyond. We continue to bring together expertise from local and global Mace teams to create a market leading, ambitious offer that aims to transform programme, project and construction management; PMO and planning; cost and commercial; and business advisory services in the region.

Through practical experience supporting the delivery of Jeddah Tower and Tadawul, as well as ongoing work on several mega programmes, we have made a positive impact, and our continuing focus is to drive this global offer across the key markets and sectors in KSA: from cities and places to mobility.

Our work in KSA gives us those opportunities. Securing the first delivery partner contract in the Middle East on one of KSA’s impressive giga-projects while also working with a number of prestigious clients across the region means we have a significant opportunity to not just transform the country, but also to shape how projects are delivered for the future, leverage international best practice and leave a meaningful legacy for communities.
