Project story

Founded in 1837, Tiffany & Co is the most iconic premier jeweller in the world. With over 300 stores across more than 20 countries, the company, famous for its special blue boxes, has improved and expanded its capital portfolio considerably over the last five years.

In 2014, Mace was appointed to support Tiffany in its capital construction programme. Initially delivering cost management services in Canada, Mexico and the US, our offer soon expanded to include project management and grew geographically into Europe, Middle East, Asia and Australia.

Tiffany’s high-quality brand filters through to its stores, demanding the very finest locally sourced materials, skilled workmanship and well-managed programmes. Our project teams are embedded in Tiffany’s culture to fully understand their precise needs and expectations.

As our relationship with Tiffany & Co has grown, so too has Tiffany’s portfolio of flagship and mall stores; benefitting from our global understanding and presence, our experience in high-end retail and our culture of knowledge sharing across sectors, specialisms and countries.

Inside Tiffany & Co store - Mace Group

points of note

Handpicking the finest team

From the beginning of our relationship with Tiffany, to date, we have brought together groups of experts who have worked on projects for globally recognised banking and high-end retail clients to form a cohesive team that holds valuable local knowledge as well as extensive international experience.

Providing all-round cost consultancy

We look after every area of cost consultancy, from pre- and post-construction cost management to change order and contingency. For bids, we develop/issue request for proposals (RFP), manage questions and assess returns. Coordinating all stakeholders, including architects and the client team, is key.
