Mace is a private company, headquartered in the UK. Our highly experienced board sets and implements our strategy, leading and overseeing business operations. The board is bolstered by six non-executive directors (NEDs) bringing deep cross-sector experience and leadership. They ensure that our most important decisions are open to independent challenge and scrutiny.
Our five board sub-committees – Audit and Risk, Remuneration, Nominations, Safety and Responsible Business, and Investment and General Purpose allow oversight across our operations and enable mitigation of corporate risk, aligning with our values; safety first, integrity, client focus, and creating opportunity. Three of these committees are chaired by non-executive directors, to ensure impartiality and accountability.
Mace has a strict Code of Ethics, upholding our reputation as a fair, honest and ethical organisation that conducts business responsibly and always does the right thing. The Code sets the standard of behaviour expected of everyone at Mace and is a foundation of our culture.
