Our retrofit and refurbishment services include structural works, Cat B to Cat A decommission upgrading, replacing core infrastructure, and maximising the value of our clients’ assets by creating additional lettable floor-space. Our extensive experience in refurbishment equips us to tackle any challenges such as meeting stringent energy efficiency requirements and helping to create a more circular economy.
