With a unique design these impressive towers stand as a point of difference amongst the high-rises in Vietnam. The contemporary residences are fully fitted-out by internationally-acclaimed architects and interior designers with natural stones, woods and marble. With spacious rooms, soaring ceilings and sweeping views across the city these apartments make for the perfect family home.
Delivered in two distinct phases, the City Garden scheme comprises of three towers in four separate blocks and the accompanying facilities of car parks, hospitality spaces, a club house and a fitness centre. After being appointed in 2010 Mace’s team in Vietnam provided services throughout the full lifecycle of both phases of this project from design management and pre-construction consultancy through to project and construction management.
The close proximity of neighbouring residential dwellings to the development created a number of logistical challenges. The team worked closely with local authorities and resident groups to minimise disruption during the construction of the towers, with strict constraints put around the timing of deliveries and activity on-site. Although this put pressure on the programme the team’s meticulous planning meant the project was completed two months ahead of schedule.
