Drawing on decades of expertise in Southeast Asia, Mace supported the delivery of Hann Casino Resort in December 2021. Spanning 130,000 square metres in northwest Manila, Hann Casino is Pampanga’s first fully integrated high-end resort, part of a larger luxury lifestyle development including Clark Marriott and Swissôtel Clark. 

The journey began with the successful early completion of Marriott Clark in 2018. Following this, Hann Group (formerly Widus Group) chose Mace to deliver the Widus Expansion project, evolving into the current development. 

Mace’s consultants managed the design, commercial, construction, planning, and documentation aspects. Staying agile and outcome-focused, the team overcame pandemic-related challenges like labour shortages, strict quarantine protocols, and supply chain delays. To ensure timely delivery, the lower ground level was constructed simultaneously with the basement. 

Hann Casino Resort welcomed over 5,000 visitors in the first four hours of its soft opening on December 15, 2021. The resort features 780 slot machines, 62 gaming tables, and 88 electronic and live dealer table game seats. It also includes two 5-star hotels, a luxury retail area, and 24-hour food and beverage service.
