The Mace Foundation
The Mace Foundation passionately enables and supports our work with charity partners. Through the Foundation, we give 1% of our pre-tax profits to our communities. During 2023, the Mace Foundation helped give more than £4m of social value to projects and causes all around the world. Meanwhile, the business raised or donated more than £500,000 to the Foundation during the year through volunteering and other activities.
Promoting wellbeing
We have a network of more than 300 wellbeing ambassadors globally who champion health and wellbeing activities across Mace. Understanding the depth of mental health issues faced in construction, we have partnered with Mates in Mind to deliver mental health awareness training on our UK sites.
Social value consultancy
We know our clients also want to make a positive impact on society. We support them to make informed decisions about where social value efforts should be focused. Our Social Value consultants use a data-led approach to produce actionable plans that enable you to report progress and celebrate successes.
