The Latin American region is home to some of the world’s fastest growing economies, with large-scale investment in infrastructure set for the coming years.
Since entering the market to help deliver the Lima 2019 Pan American and Parapan American Games, we have continued to expand our presence across Latin America.
We’re delivering complex, national government-backed schemes by hiring local talent to grow our regional team responsibly and working closely with local supply chains. To provide socio-economic benefits, through enhanced employment and opportunities for supply chains and business competitiveness, is integral to our focus.
Coupled with our global delivery capabilities, this approach is driving our expansion in a range of sectors, such as health, education, sports and major infrastructure.
The Lima 2019 Pan American and Parapan American Games showed that true success, and a lasting impact, comes from collaboration between clients, advisors and contractors. During this programme, our team introduced the NEC3 form of contract to the region, along with new methods of procurement and a 'one team' delivery approach, inspiring new ways of working and building stronger foundations for future success.
Through our role on the UK Delivery Team working with the Authority for Reconstruction with Changes, we help to provide critical infrastructure across Peru following the damage caused by El Niño in 2017. The position allows us to oversee all the elements needed to successfully deliver a programme and to add maximum value by leveraging the existing strengths of the regional supply chains in combination with our international expertise.
Our clients’ ambitions become our ambitions. We understand that building infrastructure that supports economic and social development is the key to a sustainable future.
Job creation. Upskilling of labour. Benefits to communities.
Above all, we go beyond project delivery to lay the foundation for a long-lasting legacy, as we support the public and private sector to deliver the infrastructure needed for communities to grow and prosper.
