We have enjoyed constant growth in Germany since establishing a dedicated Frankfurt office in 2003, employing more than 35 staff.

Working in partnership with local developers and multinational corporations such as Google, Microsoft, JP Morgan, Internos, Aviarent, Vastint and SHM, to name a few, our German team specialises in project management, construction and facilities management, as well as preconstruction and technical due diligence.

With a reputation for providing the highest level of service to our clients, our German projects add up to more than three million square metres of combined floor space across the commercial, residential, retail and health sectors.

Our unique specialism is converting, refurbishing, expanding and fitting out buildings - most of them while they remain fully operational. Combining a meticulous eye for detail with innovative strategy planning, we enable businesses to run as normal – a hugely beneficial factor for our clients.

From our Frankfurt office we have also branched out of Germany and delivered the fit outs of retail stores and commercial offices in Switzerland.
