Project and programme management

Construction management

It has been called the ‘heart and soul’ of the company, where Mace began and built its reputation.

Mace has delivered over 500 construction management projects. Today, construction management accounts for nearly 70% of the overall capital cost of our projects. Mace is as much based on the principle of construction management and finding a better way of delivering for clients, today as it was when the company was founded.

Cost consultancy

The effective management of cost is a critical factor in the successful delivery of our client's project objectives and outcomes. We support our clients by providing a proactive, 'hands-on' and innovative approach to the management of cost and value at each stage of the development lifecycle.

Our approach is to actively manage costs, identifying and addressing potential issues early, providing informed advice at the appropriate time to facilitate client control and enable business decisions to be taken with confidence.

Coupled with this approach, we think beyond our discipline and use innovative approaches to fully participate in a team based approach to project working.

Within these services we also specialise in due diligence, fit out and procurement, so we can offer our clients the best possible customised package of services to suit their needs.

For example, our experts delivered project management and construction management services for the Mandarin Oriental and Hilton Bomonti hotels. At the same time we delivered the high-spec fit outs for global and locally based blue chip corporations and provided due diligence and project monitoring services to a number of sovereign wealth funds that are active in the market.
