Como appointed for MoneySuperMarket.com fit-out

Como, Mace’s fit-out business, has been appointed by MoneySuperMarket.com for the fit-out of the company’s new offices at 1 Dean Street in London.  

The project will see Como deliver a 34,000sqft Cat B fit out over three floors of the recently completed development on the site. The client – a FTSE250 listed company that runs a price comparison website specialising in financial services – has appointed Como following a competitive tender process. 

The scheme includes a number of notable architectural features, including two ‘feature’ staircases that link the new reception with three different social hubs on levels three, four and five. Exposed timber wall panelling, perforated metal joinery items and exposed soffit areas will give the office a real sense of space and high quality design. 

The rest of the consultant team includes Colliers, GDM partnerships and BDG.
