Macro wins at the Middle East FM Awards

Macro, the facilities management arm of Mace, has taken home two trophies at the 2018 Middle East Facilities Management Awards.

The first, for FM Manager of the Year, was given to Macro’s Orla Phillips, who is the Middle East regional account manager for a Macro client, a leading global banking and financial services company. 

Orla was singled-out by the judges, not only for her technical enhancements at client sites, but her management skills as well. It was noted that Orla has also taken a leading role in Macro’s corporate social responsibility work in the region.

As well as winning FM Manager of the Year, Macro was also highly commended for the FM Consultancy of the Year award. The judges noted particularly Macro’s rich international pool of subject matter experts.

Macro was a gold sponsor of the event held in at the Waldorf Astoria in Dubai, where the best of the FM industry within the Middle East was showcased. This is the ninth year Macro has received recognition in at least one category at the awards, which is now in its 11th year.
