Mace builds on Singapore presence with appointment of FM managing director

Mace has announced the appointment of Megan Webb to lead its facilities management practice across the Asia Pacific region. 

Working from Mace’s recently opened new regional office in Singapore, Megan will work with Nick Brand, Mace’s new regional director for Asia Pacific, to strengthen the company’s facilities management practice in the region. 

Megan joins Mace from ISS China, where she worked as worked as Director of its Corporate Accounts Division and Global Account Director, with responsibility for more than 2,000 staff in the country. She held previous roles with ISS in Australia and New Zealand. 

Megan will be employed by Mace Macro, Mace’s facilities management business, and her remit will be the expansion of Mace’s existing facilities management contracts in the region and securing opportunities with new clients. She and Nick Brand will work together to offer an integrated project, cost and facilities management service to global real estate clients operating in the Asia Pacific region. 

Mace’s new office in Singapore will coordinate activity across the Asia Pacific region. Including offices in India, Vietnam and Hong Kong, Mace has more than 300 people working across the region, delivering facilities, project and cost management services for international corporate clients as well as regional developers and operators. 

Notable iconic projects delivered by Mace in the Asia Pacific region have included project managing the construction of Landmark 81, Vietnam’s tallest building, the Marina Bay Sands Hotel in Singapore and delivering the world’s largest casino, the Venetian Hotel and Resort in Macau. 

Mace Macro is currently delivering facilities management services to a number of global corporate clients in the region.
