A winning start to 2023 for Mace Operate

Mace Operate, the specialist facilities management business, has made a strong start to 2023 by securing new and retained business across a range of locations and industry sectors.

In the Americas, where Mace has recently won the ‘Above and Beyond’ Award at the IFMA NYC Awards for Excellence, Mace Operate is expanding its client base rapidly, having won a contract to run facilities for a global insurance provider. It has also secured a year’s extension with an energy technology client to provide facilities management services at their regional headquarters in Trinidad and Tobago to over 600 employees.

In the UK, Mace Operate has won a contract to deliver helpdesk and facilities management services for a primary healthcare centre provider in the UK across over 600 sites.

In Europe, a leading technology services and consultancy company has appointed Mace Operate to provide helpdesk and facilities management services in their offices.

The strong start to the year follows on from an impressive finish to 2022, when Mace Operate secured a three-year contract to supply facilities management services at a prestigious building within the JLT (Jumeirah Lake Towers) community in Dubai.
