Project story
With a new tube station opening in Mayfair in 2018, this prime location in the heart of the West End underwent a makeover to meet the demand for high-quality mixed-use property.
To redevelop 7-10 Hanover Square we brought together our wide ranging expertise. After we appointed the professional team, helped shape the designs and took them through planning, we oversaw the demolition of the existing 1970s office building and are replacing it with a high-quality commercial, residential and retail development.
Rather than emulating existing period styles, the revitalised eight-storey building now enhances its surroundings and brings new depth and diversity to the square, which was desperately in need of premium office space.
In addition to providing extra office space, the mixed-use building includes six luxury flats and units for either retail or restaurant use, expertly finished to the highest standards by Como, our fit out business.
7-10 Hanover Square is now one of the most sought-after locations for commercial and financial tenants and has enhanced the area’s reputation as a desirable spot for investment
“We consider 7-10 Hanover Square to be among the very best buildings in London and Mace has been instrumental in helping us to deliver on our vision.”
