Part of Anfa Place Living Resort – a pioneering tourist and leisure project on Casablanca’s sea front designed by leading architect Norman Foster – the Four Seasons Casablanca represented a beacon of ambition for Morocco.
Custom-built on the site of a four-star hotel, our team in Spain were brought in to offer design management, construction supervision and furniture, fixtures and equipment assistance for this new 186 room luxury hotel. It was a hugely challenging project, with certain areas of the previous hotel needing demolition, and other parts requiring major renovation and extension works.
Once the build was completed and the Four Seasons opened in 2015, the luxury hotel became the focal point of the entire Anfa Place Living Resort – sitting proud alongside 260 luxury apartments, shopping malls, restaurants, bars and a convention centre.
The project marked a new dawn for our industrious staff in Spain, with the Four Seasons Casablanca being championed as 'Morocco’s Leading Hotel' at the 2016 World Travel Awards - a welcome acknowledgement of our hard work and sky high standards.
