In Ulverston, Mace managed a £350 million, 120,000 sq m masterplan, further showcasing their expertise in delivering large-scale projects. The project team was the first to implement digital communications and fully integrated IT systems on-site, operational 24/7, ensuring seamless execution and real-time collaboration.
