SHELL AND FIT

How an office looks and operates from the outside is just as important as the experience it provides on the inside.

For each stage of the project’s journey - from concept design, construction of the shell, fit out of the workspace and final commissioning - we ensure we deliver a workplace that is the perfect fit for you and your staff.

REGIONAL

With a head office in London, we also have an additional seven regional hubs across the UK. So our clients benefit from the security of working with a leading major global contractor, in combination with a regional network of experts that are able to serve clients locally.

Together, with our local supply chain partners, we will bring lasting benefits to local communities and find innovative ways to push the boundaries of net zero carbon delivery.

REFURBISHMENT AND REFIT

Our portfolio of projects ranges from office conversions to complex retrofits in listed environments. We have even replaced infrastructure and cladding while buildings remained fully occupied.

Our refurbishment services include structural works, Cat B to Cat A decommission upgrading, replacing core infrastructure and maximising the value of our clients’ assets by creating additional lettable floor-space.

No matter the scope, we employ people with different skill-sets to offer a full suite of end to end services, from in house fit out and MEP, to structural engineering and façade. You’ll have one dedicated, in-house team of experts, all focussed on your project.

PUBLIC SECTOR

Mace has long standing experience in maximising value across the public sector, providing an abundance of services, including new built refurb shell and fit out.

Our team has a proven track record of delivering best in class projects for public sector clients through framework agreements and standalone projects, and we understand the often sensitive and challenging demands that public sector clients face.
