SCAPE Place Shaping Framework
Appointed to the framework in 2021, Mace is providing public sector clients with advice on estate modernisation, commercialisation of assets and strategic asset interventions required to tackle climate change. Services include policy-making and strategy, development management, estate management and asset optimisation, risk management, transformation, commercial and procurement, funding, digitisation and climate action.

SCF-PSF Consult Framework
SCF-PSF Consult enables Mace to be directly appointed by any public sector body to deliver property and project related consultancy services. Through the framework, Mace provides major project and property asset consultancy services, for urban renewal and social infrastructure such as schools, civic buildings and leisure facilities on behalf of local authorities across the country.
