All service contracts reside with Mace and services are delivered through a mix of directly employed staff and carefully selected third party contractors. As a managing agent we take on the ‘intelligent client’ role, managing the facilities management supply chain on your behalf with the support of our 24/7 helpdesk and our cutting edge Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) tools. The contracts for the individual facilities management services reside with you, although we can support you in the procurement process.
