For the third year in a row Mace is Top Company for Graduates to Work For

For the third consecutive year Mace has been voted as the 'Top Company for Graduates to Work For' in Construction and Civil Engineering, following the annual survey of graduates working for UK employers by TheJobCrowd.com.

The survey is made up of anonymous reviews completed by graduates who have been with their employers for less than 3 years. The survey looks for feedback on a wide range of factors related to the graduate’s employment experience including level of responsibility, width of development support and line manager engagement.

The overall results of the 2016 survey saw Mace ranked top in the Construction and Civil Engineering category for employers employing over 30 graduates on an annual basis and 13th overall among all of the UK employers who participated in the survey.

The Awards were announced at a ceremony at the Lancaster Hotel in Central London. Mace was represented by James Harbord, Director and Peter Goring, Operations Director from Construction as well as Darren Bedford, Operations Director, Cost Consultancy. They were joined by Michael Nathan, Senior Emerging Talent Manager, and current and former Mace Graduates: Greg Lumsden, Michelle McMahon and Channon Perry.

Mark Holmes Chief Operating Officer for Consultancy, commenting on the award said ‘Maintaining this recognition for 3 years running in a competitive market is a great achievement. All of the work that colleagues have put into our Graduate Development Programme continues to deliver a market leading experience. Thanks goes to all of those involved especially senior leaders, line managers, colleagues who deliver Graduate Training and those working in Group Services. I am also keen to recognise the continuous positive impact our graduates have on Mace ’

Group HR Director, Tracey Locke said: ‘Well done to everyone involved in supporting the Mace Graduate Development Programme and the overall positive experience our graduates have in the business. This continued success is a true collegiate effort involving the time and effort of colleagues across Mace both in the UK and abroad.
