Mace recognised as a leading graduate and school leaver employer

Mace’s commitment to recruiting the best young talent has paid dividends in 2017, with the construction company receiving three different awards in May for the quality of the post-education employment it offers.  

On Thursday 25 May, Mace was awarded 'Best Company for School Leavers' in the Construction category at the 2017 School Leaver Awards, organised by AllAboutSchoolLeavers.co.uk.

It was also shortlisted for six other awards, including the ‘Best Training’, ‘Best Level of Support’, ‘Best Company Culture’, ‘Best Degree Apprenticeship’, ‘Best School Leaver Programme’ and ‘Top Employer – medium sized school leaver intake’ categories. 

Overall Mace came sixth in the Top 100 Employers for School Leavers, the highest ranking company in the sector. The awards ceremony was held at the Waldorf Hilton Hotel in London. 

Mace was also ranked in the Top Companies for Graduates to Work For by TheJobCrowd.com for the fourth year running, based on responses by its current and recent graduates to an anonymous survey about their experience at work.

Finally, Mace was listed in the Top 10 Popular Graduate Recruiters in Construction, Civil Engineering and Surveying at the National Graduate Recruitment Awards organised by TargetJobs.com.
