Macro celebrates 15 years of success

Macro celebrated 15 years of growth and success in September this year. The international facilities management company was founded in 2002, as part of the consultancy and construction group, Mace.

In the last decade and a half, Macro has grown from nothing to a market-leading facilities management practice with a global blue-chip client list and an enviable reputation. In 2017/18 the company is on track to turn over £130m in annual revenue across 40 countries, it’s most successful year to date. 

Macro was founded to be a modern-thinking company with a flexible approach, creating tailored solutions for international clients. It now serves clients out of five global hubs, and in the last twelve months has started delivering operations in six new counties, including Pakistan and Chile. 

Key to Macro’s growth has been its commitment to building long-term relationships with global clients who share the same progressive ethos. Notable clients include Invesco – with whom Macro has worked for the entirety of its 15-year history – and Standard Chartered Bank, whose global presence has recently driven Macro in to a number of new territories.
