Project story
Delta City is no ordinary shopping mall. It is a revolution in Serbian retail that has seen standards boosted to newfound levels, becoming a central hub for its residents, whether in search of shopping, dining or entertainment.
Located in New Belgrade’s Blok 67 district, the mall is the first of its kind in Serbia, with a sprawling 85,000 square metres of floor space. Delta City combines luxury stores like H&M, Bershka, Geox, Guess, Mango and Zara with 15 restaurants, a six-screen cinema and six-floor car park equipped to store 1,200 vehicles.
Brought on to this ambitious project, our skilled experts were assigned project, cost, construction and programme management duties, along with the coordination of the mall’s tenants.
