Project story

Six towers over a four level basement, set across a 3.7 million square foot panorama of picturesque views, The Crest is being billed as a new luxury and sustainability benchmark in Indian apartment construction. The landmark design is a mix of art deco, modern and classic styles that will appeal to a discerning eye.

Brought in to project manage the build, we promptly mobilised our team of professionals to oversee the pre-contract phase, growing our staff for construction by blending experienced site managers with a locally sourced workforce.

Our skilled experts are in good company – among our partners are Geyer Coburn Hutchins, a US design firm transforming the apartments into an ‘Urban Sanctuary’; set to transport the tranquility of nature to this city accommodation.

Residents will be able to use their dedicated clubhouse to spend quality time with friends and loved ones at the pool table or in the table tennis room, or if you’re after some quiet time, residents and guests can use the designated reading room and library.

Points of note

Rigorous training, strict monitoring, constant supervision

Staying true to our renowned health and safety practices, we have laid down clear procedures to ensure no mishaps will occur. Rigorous on-site training is supported by strict monitoring and constant supervision to ensure the number of accidents begins and ends at zero.

Global practices

As per our well established global practices, our team is rolling out our quality and management procedures through stakeholder workshops and aggressive success criteria. This process sets clear goals with realistic timeframes and an active supply chain. In receipt of our accomplishment, the client has since enlisted us for further infrastructure programme and facilities management services.

Pushing boundaries

As with any grand project, managing a multitude of local and international firms represents a challenge, yet to us it is one that’s relished. By selecting a combination of in-country agencies with the finest consultants from around the globe, this allows us to observe cultural norms while still push boundaries to reflect the client’s ambition.

“We are not sitting back but working with DLF, L&T and other consultants to resolve any challenges. At this point of time I am confident that we are on schedule to meet the dates committed and achieve milestones as planned.”

“The Crest is a next generation luxury project by DLF and hence the systems, construction techniques and project management practices are benchmarked as per the highest international standards.”
