The primary difference from the agent model is that the cost and contract risk is transferred to us. All service contracts reside with Mace and services are delivered through a mix of directly employed staff and carefully selected third party contractors. As a client you benefit from a fixed price and a single point of contact for all facilities management issues.

Managing agent

As a managing agent we take on the ‘intelligent client’ role, managing the facilities management supply chain on your behalf with the support of our 24/7 helpdesk and our cutting edge Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) tools. The contracts for the individual facilities management services reside with you, although we can support you in the procurement process.

As part of our core IT solutions across our contacts we use a range of systems for data collection and reporting. Our platform is a dynamic technology solution, so clients can drive, manage and monitor FM performance, supporting on the ground service delivery.
